Exchange/Return Policy

Notwithstanding our transparent product listing practices, we offer a 7-day exchange/return policy on all non-Bullion items (less original S&H charges and pro-rated GST/HST for the S&H portion, where applicable) from the date the order shipment is confirmed delivered by the shipping agent.  Bullion products are ineligible for exchange/return.  However, we may be interested in buying-back your Bullion.  Please contact for more details about our current buy-back rates.

If you wish to make an exchange/return, simply complete the online Returns form located in the Customer Service section of our website, or contact to advise us of the issue with your order.  We will issue you an RMA# to include with your package BEFORE sending your items back.  When preparing your package for exchange/return, please be sure to include the items in their original packaging, including all certificates, sleeves, etc., along with your original order confirmation and RMA#, all securely packaged, and use a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance (where applicable).  Kings & Queens is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged.

All items must be returned in the original packaging with ALL components.  In instances where products are ordered as sets, collections or bundles, whereby item(s) representing a portion of a set is unsatisfactory; the complete set must be returned for any exchange or refund.  All returns are subject to inspection & authentication.  Any items altered from their original shipping state will not be accepted for exchange or return. Kings & Queens reserves the right to refuse any product exchange or return that we feel contravenes our Consolidated Terms & Conditions.

Once your return shipment is received and inspected, we will contact you to either replace the unsatisfactory item(s) or refund the purchase price of the returned item(s).  Refunds will be credited using the same payment method used to place the order.  Although you may return an item for any reason, we would like to understand the reason for the return so we may continue to improve our product offerings and customer service.
